  • The $200 event deposit is strictly non-refundable.
  • The $50 studio photoshoot deposit is strictly non-refundable.
  • In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will be retained.
  • Rescheduling is possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
  • If the booking is rescheduled, the deposit may be transferred to a new date.
  • Any remaining balance payments are also non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 3 days of the event.
  • If Lazuro is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of payments made will be issued.
